El libro empieza con Carla, una mujer de treinta y pocos que acaba de perder a Martin, su marido y en su funeral llega ni más ni menos que la esposa legítima de Martin, de la que Carla nunca supo nada (claro) y ahora se presenta ahí, embarazada (algo que le dolió en el alma a Carla porque ella renunció a su maternidad porque Martin supuestamente no quería tener hijos) y con la amenaza de quitarle hasta el lugar donde vive porque legalmente le pertenece (en mi opinión Carla es de los personajes que la pasa peor).

Creo que los capítulos que más disfrute eran en los que el escenario era ese café, en el que no solamente compartían sus tristezas y preocupaciones, sino también unas charlas literarias taaan interesantes que me hacían desear estar ahí escuchando atentamente.
